Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

  3. Rocky :( by back pooped out at 17:02, but Rick & Katy reminded me that I did much better at the 15 minute mark than I did on 7/22 when last we did this one! So, I turned my frown upside down! Katy gave me an ice pack and it really was the right medicine to do quickly. I will move slowly tonight, keep it iced and be “back” on track tomorrow! :)
